The effect of personality on doctoral students’ research productivity is understudied in the literature. objective this study to examine relationship between trait conscientiousness and among students. based a nation-wide data set consisting 1173 students Sweden. Two hypothesis was formulated: (1) Conscientiousness predicts productivity; (2) co-authoring with supervisors. It also asked how productivity/co-authoring supervisors differ areas.
